A Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal recuperou\u00a063 p\u00e1ssaros silvestres, da esp\u00e9cie can\u00e1rio da terra, que estavam sendo transportados na bagagem de um passageiro de \u00f4nibus.\u00a0<\/strong>O flagrante ocorreu na \u00faltima sexta-feira (31) na BR 316 em Picos (PI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A apreens\u00e3o dos p\u00e1ssaros ocorreu durante\u00a0abordagem a um \u00f4nibus interestadual que vinha da cidade de Bras\u00edlia (DF) com destino a Patos (PB<\/strong>). A equipe iniciou os procedimentos de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o quando encontrou duas bolsas nos \u00faltimos assentos do ve\u00edculo, que pertenciam a um passageiro de 57 anos.\u00a0No interior da bagagem, foram encontrados os 63 p\u00e1ssaros silvestres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questionado sobre a origem dos p\u00e1ssaros, o homem informou que eram seus e que os havia adquirido na cidade de Ceil\u00e2ndia (DF), pelo valor de R$ 10,00 cada. Alegou ainda que soltaria os p\u00e1ssaros em Patos (PB).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

T<\/strong>odos os animais estavam sem a devida documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de maus-tratos,<\/strong> sendo transportados sem possibilidade de hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, sem ventila\u00e7\u00e3o adequada e com pouca mobilidade. De acordo com a lei 9.605\/1998, \u00e9 proibido manter em cativeiro esp\u00e9cies da fauna silvestre, nativa ou em rota migrat\u00f3ria, sem a permiss\u00e3o, licen\u00e7a ou autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade competente.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diante do exposto, as aves foram encaminhadas a delegacia de Policia Civil de Picos e\u00a0o passageiro assinou um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO),\u00a0<\/strong>comprometendo-se a comparecer no Juizado Especial e responder pelos crimes de Matar, perseguir, ca\u00e7ar, apanhar, vender esp\u00e9cimes da fauna silvestre e Praticar maus-tratos contra animais. Posteriormente as aves foram soltas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
