Ela orienta a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual, baseando-se no que foi estabelecido pelo Plano Plurianual. Segundo ele, a prefeita Maria Jos\u00e9 (Progressistas) encaminhou a referida lei ainda no final de abril onde teve tempo suficiente para os parlamentares puderem esmiu\u00e7arem, e agora ela seguiu
