Desde ent\u00e3o, o ex-gestor vinha tentando reverter essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o, buscando formas legais de contesta\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o chegou ao desfecho no \u00faltimo dia 07 de mar\u00e7o, com a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o de seu \u00faltimo recurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o do TCE coloca o ex-gestor sob os efeitos da Lei Complementar 135\/2010, conhecida como Lei da Ficha Limpa. Conforme estipulado por essa legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, o ex-prefeito torna-se ineleg\u00edvel pelos pr\u00f3ximos 08 anos.
