A decis\u00e3o foi tomada ap\u00f3s assembleia realizada na sede do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Empresas de Transportes Rodovi\u00e1rios (Sintetro), onde a categoria aceitou a proposta firmada durante media\u00e7\u00e3o no Tribunal Regional do Trabalho (TRT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com a decis\u00e3o pelo fim da greve, a partir desta quinta-feira (15), cerca de 281 ve\u00edculos do transporte p\u00fablico, voltam a circular nas ruas de Teresina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A audi\u00eancia decisiva ocorreu no in\u00edcio da tarde desta quarta-feira (14), no gabinete da desembargadora Liana Ferraz, que mediou as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es entre o Sintetro e o Sindicato das Empresas de Transportes Urbanos de Passageiros de Teresina (Setut). O acordo final prev\u00ea um reajuste salarial linear de 6%, <\/strong>al\u00e9m de R$ 650 em ticket alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e R$ 125 de aux\u00edlio sa\u00fade.\ufeff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente do Sintetro, Ant\u00f4nio Cardoso, confirmou que a proposta foi aprovada pela categoria e que o sindicato retornaria ao TRT para formalizar o encerramento da greve junto \u00e0 magistrada. “Estamos indo assinar a conven\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva”, declarou Cardoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A desembargadora Liana Ferraz, do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho (TRT), disse que a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o conseguiu evoluir em quest\u00f5es e cl\u00e1usulas de natureza econ\u00f4mica, tendo prevalecido o bom senso, e que os trabalhadores devem n\u00e3o ter os valores do per\u00edodo em paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o descontados. \u201cFicou acordado que vai haver uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o com trabalhos em feriados, isso \u00e9 normal e \u00e9 o que sempre acontece normalmente nas greves\u201d, declarou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a media\u00e7\u00e3o, o Setut chegou a insistir em um reajuste menor, de 5,35%, com base no IPCA, e pediu que a\u00a0greve fosse declarada ilegal. No entanto, com a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta mais vantajosa por parte dos trabalhadores, o impasse foi resolvido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com o fim da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o, os \u00f4nibus voltam a circular normalmente em Teresina j\u00e1 a partir desta quinta-feira, aliviando a rotina de milhares de usu\u00e1rios que foram afetados pela interrup\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
