Francisco Fernando Castro, de 38 anos, foi preso horas ap\u00f3s assassinar\u00a0o vereador Thiciano Ribeiro, e\u00a0Pen\u00e9lope de Brito, ex-chefe da guarda civil de Parna\u00edba.\u00a0A pris\u00e3o ocorreu no Parque Piau\u00ed, zona Sul de Teresina. Na imagem divulgada da pris\u00e3o do suspeito, ele j\u00e1 havia trocado a cal\u00e7a por uma bermuda. Duas armas de fogo foram apreendidas com ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O suspeito foi preso em uma casa da fam\u00edlia dele no Parque Piau\u00ed. Com ele foi encontrada uma carabina, dinheiro, mais de 12 muni\u00e7\u00f5es, duas pistolas, dois carregadores, tr\u00eas celulares, carteira, rel\u00f3gio, notebook e chave do carro. Ele chegou \u00e0 sede do DHPP por volta das 13h20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que ele j\u00e1 havia amea\u00e7ado a ex-companheira avisando que ela n\u00e3o ficaria com outra pessoa. Um dia antes do crime, Fernando teria trabalhado normalmente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00eddeos do circuito do estacionamento pr\u00f3ximo ao local do crime mostram Fernando saindo da cena e escondendo a arma do crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outro v\u00eddeo mostrou o momento exato da execu\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00edtimas que estavam de costas e n\u00e3o perceberam a chegada do suspeito. Ele dispara por diversas vezes e em seguida foge caminhando do local. Foram ouvidos pelo menos cinco disparos de arma de fogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thiciano Ribeiro foi\u00a0eleito como primeiro suplente do Partido Liberal (PL), assumiu o cargo de vereador em Parna\u00edba no dia 13 de maio deste ano,\u00a0ap\u00f3s o falecimento do vereador Bruno Vasconcelos Cunha, conhecido como Brun\u00e3o, de 40 anos.
