O principal suspeito do homic\u00eddio de Francisco Rufino de Oliveira, de 53 anos, foi preso na tarde de ter\u00e7a-feira (21), na localidade Malhada, zona rural de Ipiranga do Piau\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francisco Rufino foi assassinado a tiros no \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado (18), em Vereda do Forte, zona rural do munic\u00edpio de Inhuma.\u00a0Na ocasi\u00e3o, o suspeito tamb\u00e9m atirou contra a pr\u00f3pria esposa, que tentou impedir o crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Militar, o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva foi expedido pelo Ju\u00edzo da Comarca de Inhuma. Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento do mandado, o suspeito foi encaminhado para a Delegacia da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Inhuma e, em seguida, para o hospital da cidade, para ser submetido a exame de corpo de delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depois disso, a Pol\u00edcia Civil apresentou o suspeito na Delegacia Seccional de Valen\u00e7a do Piau\u00ed, onde ele se encontra preso e \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conforme as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, Francisco Rufino seguia pela estrada em frente \u00e0 resid\u00eancia do suspeito, em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao povoado Forte. O homem j\u00e1 havia sido advertido, pelo suspeito, para n\u00e3o passar pelo local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No s\u00e1bado, a v\u00edtima voltou a transitar pela frente da casa do suspeito. Ao perceber a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o, o homem teria decidido esperar o retorno de Francisco. Quando ele passou novamente, o suspeito efetuou diversos disparos de arma de fogo. Francisco Rufino morreu ainda no local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No momento dos disparos, a esposa do suspeito tentou impedir o crime e acabou sendo atingida com pelo menos um tiro na regi\u00e3o do abd\u00f4men. Ap\u00f3s o ocorrido, o suspeito fugiu do local em uma motocicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A mulher foi socorrida e levada para o hospital de Inhuma. Seu estado de sa\u00fade \u00e9 desconhecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
