Jo\u00e3o Emmanuel havia acabado de chegar em casa ap\u00f3s&nbsp;participar de uma confraterniza\u00e7\u00e3o familiar&nbsp;quando retornou \u00e0 via p\u00fablica e entrou em contato com o acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conforme a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o,&nbsp;Guilherme atravessou a pista, desferiu um soco que derrubou a v\u00edtima e, em seguida, passou a agredi-la com chutes e pis\u00f5es na cabe\u00e7a. Jo\u00e3o Emmanuel morreu ainda no local em decorr\u00eancia de traumatismo cranioencef\u00e1lico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante o interrogat\u00f3rio,&nbsp;o r\u00e9u confessou as agress\u00f5es, mas afirmou que agiu por impulso ap\u00f3s interpretar que a v\u00edtima teria feito uma abordagem de cunho sexual. Segundo ele, n\u00e3o tinha a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de matar Jo\u00e3o Emmanuel e s\u00f3 soube da morte horas depois, quando j\u00e1 havia seguido para o trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na decis\u00e3o, a ju\u00edza Iracema Canabrava Rodrigues Botelho rejeitou o pedido da defesa para desclassificar o crime e entendeu que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 elementos suficientes para afastar, nesta fase do processo, a hip\u00f3tese de homic\u00eddio doloso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A magistrada tamb\u00e9m&nbsp;manteve as tr\u00eas qualificadoras apontadas pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, por considerar que existem ind\u00edcios suficientes para justificar a an\u00e1lise do caso pelo Tribunal do J\u00fari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ju\u00edza destacou ainda que a exclus\u00e3o das qualificadoras somente seria poss\u00edvel se elas fossem manifestamente improcedentes, o que, segundo a senten\u00e7a, n\u00e3o ocorre neste caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"675\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/noticiaempauta.com\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1_020822mj_35-26154568.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-291150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noticiaempauta.com\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1_020822mj_35-26154568.webp 675w, https:\/\/noticiaempauta.com\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1_020822mj_35-26154568-300x200.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m da pron\u00fancia, a Justi\u00e7a manteve a pris\u00e3o preventiva de Guilherme Teixeira.
